Table numbahs

Well we're at that point where we've finalized our seating chart and things are really falling into place! I've been a little MIA lately, but have every intention to show you what I've been working on. First off, our placecards and table numbers. We fooled around with the idea of using "Love" or "I love you" in different languages and here's what we got:


And for a little close-up action, here are our choices. We used our engagement photos from Girls With Big Cameras as a background, so be prepared for some lovey dovey crap. I had them printed at a local camera shop and taped two pictures back to back on some left over antique gold cardstock.








Now, some of these languages didn't exactly fit the typical "romance language" we had originially thought about, but we picked the ones that were relatively easy for people to identify and pronounce.


We'll be sitting here!


My Dad's side of the family will be travelling from Minnesota and to honor their Swedish heritage, we'll sit them at this table:




We'll sit Champ's Irish side of the family here:


And for the Italian folks (his Dad's side of the family):




When our guests arrive, they'll find their table number on a CD placecard. I gocco'd the same monogram as we used on our invitations and actually used the same belly band on our CDs that were on the invites.

Using Mrs. Tiramisu's 1inch round paper cutter, I was able to send these to our calligrapher. I attached the table name to the back of the CD.
